This Agreement contains the entireunderstanding and agreement between you and On Technology. If you do not accept the changes youshould close your account in accordance with Clause 7 of this Agreement. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms willautomatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on directly to the email address linked to your account. Our failure to act on a breach by you or others doesn't waive our right to act on subsequentor similar breaches. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not form part of thisAgreement.
In our sole discretion, we may assign our rights and obligations underthis Agreement to another entity. If any provisionof this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remainingprovisions will remain in effect.
